Prayer Group

Meets at 79 Northorpe The home of Peter and Patsy Moore 7.30pm On the first Monday of every month. All are very welcome to come along. If you have someone you would like included in our prayers contact Patsy 01778 423505

Thurlby Film Club

Meets at St Firmin’s Church Hall, Church Street, Thurlby on the fourth Monday of the month at 2pm. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon, including tea. Details of film showings will be in the programme shown in Church and Church Hall and also the pew sheets. This is a place to meet and socialize. Please bring along your friends and encourage those who live alone and would benefit from meeting others to come along.

Bell Ringing

Bell ringing practice is held on Friday evenings at the church from 7.45 p.m. until 9.00 p.m. On Sunday mornings bell ringing commences at 09.30 and ends before the service at 10.00 a.m. Bells are also rung on special occasions New recruits are always welcome  For further information contact :Terry Maddison 01778 425147

The Ness Group Mothers’ Union

The Mothers’ Union is specially concerned with all that strengthens and preserves marriage and Christian family life. Its AIM is the advancement of the Christian religion in the sphere of marriage and family life. Meet monthly usually at Almond Court Social Room, Thurlby. Becoming more involved

We are always pleased to welcome help for our services, events, fund raising, catering and cleaning etc. – it does not have to be a regular commitment, all help is very welcome . Please speak to one of our Churchwarden who will be very pleased to hear from you.
