Monday 6th January – 7.30pm – 9.30pm St. Firmin’s Monthly Prayer Meeting at 79 Northorpe, Thurlby. Prayer requests to Patsy and Peter (01778 423505) – anyone is very welcome to join us.
Thursday 9th January – 12 noon to 1.30pm St John’s Church, Baston will be holding their Monthly Lunches again now that the extension / toilet has been completed. Soup & roll, pudding with custard, fruit, tea or coffee for just £6.50. All most welcome to come.
A Stitch in Time – Every Saturday 2pm – 4pm and every Thursday 7pm – 9pm. The stitching group returns back after the Christmas break from Thursday 9th January. Everyone is welcome from seasoned stitchers to those wanting to learn.
Langtoft Open Church – Every Saturday – 10.30am – 12.30pm St Michael’s Church, Langtoft will be open again for tea, coffee, biscuits and chat. Please do join us.
Sunday 12th January – Refresh Cafe – 2pm – 4pm St Firmin’s Church, Thurlby will be holding their Refresh Café in the church – Chill out afternoon after all the festivities. Board games, Lego, Puzzles. All welcome.
Saturday 18th January – 10am – 1pm St Michael’s Church, Langtoft will be holding their monthly Cake and Bacon Butty morning in the church. Come along and enjoy a lovely bacon butty, soup, cake. Also the Lucky dip table and bits and bobs table. All welcome to attend.
Sunday 19th January – 10am The Ness Group will be holding a Group Service ofHoly Communion with the Blessing of the Plough in St Firmin Church, Thurlby. All most welcome to attend.
MOTHERS’ UNION Tuesday 21st January – 2.15pm The Mothers’ Union will be holding their AGM will take place in Almond Court, Northorpe. Further details from Patsy (01778 423505).
Saturday 25th January – 3pm – 4pm The Ness Group choir invites you to join them at Langtoft Village Hall to find out more about why we sing and the benefits it brings. No prior singing experience needed – all welcome! Refreshments will be served.
Repair Café – Sunday 26th January – 2pm to 5pm St Firmin’s Church, Thurlby will be holding their very popular Repair Café in Thurlby Methodist Hall. A meeting place to come and repair your broken items, seek professional advice and get inspiration and it is completely FREE.
