Home Group – Lent Course

Your Move Games Afternoon – Every Monday – 2pm – 4pm St John’s Church, Baston continue with their Board Games & Social afternoon every Monday afternoon.  There will be a friendly space where you can enjoy a drink and play games.  If you may want to chat, read a book or even spend an hour before you do the school pick-up, please do come along and join us. 

Monthly Prayer – Monday 2nd March – 7.30pm – 9pm St Firmin’s Monthly Prayer meeting will take place at 79 Northorpe.  Prayer requests to Patsy and Peter on 01778 423505 or go along and join them.

Lunches in Church Wednesday 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th March – 12 noon – 1.30pm St Michael’s Church, Langtoft will be holding their Lent Lunches in church, serving soup, hot puddings and tea or coffee    £6.50 per person, Primary age children £3 , Pre school children Free.

Thursday 5th & 26th  March – 12 noon to 1.30pm St John’s Church, Baston will be holding their Monthly Lunches. Soup & roll, pudding with custard, fruit, tea or coffee for just £6.50.  All most welcome to come. 

A Stitch in Time Every Saturday 2pm – 4pm and every Thursday 7pm – 9pm. New stitching group has arrived at St John’s Church, Baston. It’s a time for those wanting to meet likeminded folks for a natter and stitch. Everyone is welcome from seasoned stitchers to those wanting to learn.

Langtoft Open Church 7th, 14th & 28th March – 10.30am-12.30pm St Michael’s Church, Langtoft will be open again for tea, coffee, biscuits and toast.  Please do join us.

Sunday 8th March  – Refresh Cafe – 2pm –  4pm St Firmin’s Church, Thurlby will be holding their Refresh Café in the church – an invitation to all to come along and see our completed 1100th Anniversary Curtain that has been created from peoples’ crafted contributions.  Tea and cake and chat.

Saturday 21st March – 10.30am – 1pm St Michael’s Church, Langtoft will be holding their monthly Cake and Bacon Butty morning in the church.    Come along and enjoy a lovely bacon butty, soup, cake.  Cake stall and Charity Raffle stall for Dementia Support, South Lincs.  All welcome to attend.

Repair Café – Sunday 29th March – 2pm to 5pm St Firmin’s Church, Thurlby will be holding their very popular Repair Café in Thurlby Methodist Hall.  A meeting place to come and repair your broken items, seek professional advice and get inspiration and it is completely FREE.  So bring along something to repair or just come and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a piece of delicious cake.  For more information please ring Mary Trumble on 07432 156298.
