Sunday the 27^th of January saw a brilliant new initiative hosted by St Firmins Church at our Church Hall, The Repair Café organised by Stu Brett for the community of Thurlby and Northorpe.

The Repair Café is big in Europe, this will be the first in Lincolnshire.

Bring along items which you would like repaired and there is a team of  volunteer experts who will try to help, this is done free of charge. It is a great way of recycling and a lovely community get together.

There is tea, coffee and home made cakes available to buy, so why not come along and see what it is all about even if you have nothing to mend there are refreshments and chat available to all.

The Repair Café will be open to all on the last Sunday of each month 2pm- 5pm.
