This is a mandatory yearly meeting for Church of England parishes and is held in each parish between 1st January and 31st May to elect churchwardens and Parochial Church Council (PCC) members and review the parish electoral roll.
Your Move Games – Monday Afternoons – 2pm – 4pm
St John’s Church, Baston continue with their Board Games & Social afternoon every Monday afternoon in the church. There will be a friendly space where you can enjoy a drink and play games. You may want to chat, read a book or even spend an hour before you do the school pick-up. Please do come along and join us.
Still Point & Church Café – Tuesday 5th & 19th May – 2pm
St John’s Church, Baston will be continuing with their Still Point and Church café in church. Meet at 2pm for a quiet time with a Bible reading, prayers and music, followed by our friendly church café at 2.30pm. Donation of £1 for adults, children free. Subsequent meetings will be at the same times on first and third Tuesdays each month.
Monthly Prayer – Tuesday 5th May – 7.30pm – 9pm

A Stitch in Time – Saturdays and Thursdays
The stitching group will be continuing every Thursday and Saturday. Everyone is welcome to join us.
Refresh Cafe – Sunday 10th May – 2pm – 4pm
St Firmin Church, Thurlby will be holding their Refresh Café in church. Meet Thurlby Groups and Organisations – even have a try at bell ringing. Perhaps there is a group you would like to join or volunteer for. Tea cake and chat provided.

St Firmin Church, Thurlby will be holding their very popular Repair Café in the Methodist Church Hall. A meeting place to come and repair your broken items, seek professional advice and get inspiration and it is completely FREE.
