APCM for the Ness Group

Baston – Sunday 26th April – 11.30am in church after the service

Thurlby – Thursday 30th April – 6.15pm in the church

Langtoft – Sunday 3rd May – 11.30am in church after the service

 This is a mandatory yearly meeting for Church of England parishes and is held in each parish between 1st January and 31st May to elect churchwardens and Parochial Church Council (PCC) members  and review the parish electoral roll. 

Your Move Games – Monday Afternoons – 2pm – 4pm

St John’s Church, Baston continue with their Board Games & Social afternoon every Monday afternoon in the church.  There will be a friendly space where you can enjoy a drink and play games.  You may want to chat, read a book or even spend an hour before you do the school pick-up. Please do come along and join us. 

Still Point & Church Café – Tuesday 5th & 19th May – 2pm

St John’s Church, Baston will be continuing with their Still Point and Church café in church. Meet at 2pm for a quiet time with a Bible reading, prayers and music, followed by our friendly church café at 2.30pm.  Donation of £1 for adults, children free. Subsequent meetings will be at the same times on first and third Tuesdays each month.

Monthly Prayer – Tuesday 5th May – 7.30pm – 9pm

St Firmin’s Monthly Prayer meeting will take place in the home of Peter and Patsy Moore, at Eden Cottage, 79 Northorpe.  Prayer Requests to Patsy and Peter (01778 423505) or come along and join us.

Langtoft Open Church

Saturday 2nd, 9th, 23rd & 30th May – 10.30am – 12.30pm

St Michael’s Church, Langtoft will be open again for tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and toast. Board games available. All welcome.

A Stitch in Time – Saturdays and Thursdays

The stitching group will be continuing every Thursday and Saturday. Everyone is welcome to join us.

Refresh Cafe – Sunday 10th May  – 2pm –  4pm

St Firmin Church, Thurlby will be holding their Refresh Café  in church.  Meet Thurlby Groups and Organisations –  even have a try at bell ringing.  Perhaps there is a group you would like to join or volunteer for.  Tea cake and chat provided.

Saturday 16th May – 10.30am – 1pm

Repair Café – Sunday 31st May – 2pm to 5pm
