Baptisms this month in the Ness Group
We would like to welcome the following baptism families
into the worldwide church.
Sunday 10th July at 12.30pm we welcome Luke Green
as he is baptised at St Firmin Church, Thurlby.
Sunday 17th July at 12 noon we welcome Cody Morgan-Kay as he is baptised at St John the Baptist Church, Baston
And at 1pm we welcome Jake Mytton and Sian Mytton as they are
baptised at St Michael and All Angels Church, Langtoft.
Sunday 24th July at 12 Noon we welcome Jordan Clark
as he is baptised at St john the Baptist, Baston
Please pray for the parents, Godparents and families as they have their children baptised.
Bacon Butty Morning – Saturday 16th July – 10am – 1pm
St Michael’s Church, Langtoft will be holding their monthly Bacon Butty morning in church. Bacon butties, Cake stall, Tea, coffee, Lucky dip table. All Welcome.
Music For A Summer’s Evening – Saturday 16th July – 7pm
St Michael’s Church, Langtoft have been given a great opportunity to have an evening of classical music in their church featuring a young Canadian brother and sister duo with piano accompaniment. The Concert is from two visiting Canadian musicians, Karim and Salma Khakimov, who will be playing classical music from Bach to Piazzola. £7.50 and please bring your own refreshments, on a summers evening, what could be nicer? Mothers’ Union – Tuesday 19th July – 3pm to 5pm
There will be Strawberry Teas at Eden Cottage, 79 Northorpe, Thurlby, all proceeds to The Mothers’ Union Summer of Hope Appeal – bringing education and love to families in underdeveloped parts of the world. Tickets £5 Adults and children are free. Everyone welcome.

Repair Café – Sunday 31st July – 2pm to 5pm
St Firmin Church, Thurlby will be holding their very popular Repair Café in the Church Hall. A meeting place to come and repair your broken items, seek professional advice and get inspiration and it is completely FREE.
